i strapped skis to my feet and cross country skied for miles {miiiiiles}.

and then stopped to take a kissy face picture, which may be more strange than the skis.

in rexburg, you can do anything for a dollar.

and we did it all! i was so adventurous in the early y2k years!

since it was the very first time i had ever strapped skis of any kind to my feet, lara and cindy took me out for a midnight practice run. i even wore a head lamp and things to protect my ears from the elements.

don't ask me what snow pants i wore, or what winter coat, or who's hat.

don't even ask me how i let them convince me to recreate in the snow.... 

that kind of stuff is reserved for outside people, of which i most certainly am not.
