this is a tutorial: heart art.

waiting for a hammer and nail...

1. find your inspiration piece on the internet.
2. visit your local craft store on your lunch break, buy a canvas and some paint. {20" x 20" with a 40% off coupon, red and white paint}
3. google heart clip art on the internet and print, 1/4 the size of your canvas and trim. {approx 9.5" wide}
4. gather with friends. new friends! immediate, love at first sight friends!
5. eat chocolate and tell stories. {see below}
6. mix mostly white and a teensy bit of red in a nacho cheese tray and mix.
7. apply base coat.
8. each chocolate and tell stories while you paint dries.
9. repeat.
10. tape string across the center of your canvas, in each direction.
11. trace the shape of the heart around all four squares, ever so slightly.
12. with a sponge brush, paint your hearts liberally.
